Dr. Kostides is rapidly becoming known as one of the

He has been a life-long resident of
Northwest Indiana. He graduated from Merrillville
High School in 1982. He graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington
in 1986, and he is a 1990 graduate
of the Indiana University Dental School.
